Discovery of our 10th Planet!

New planet discovered

It appears that Planet X has finally been located ;) Course, it is small and FAR away.... but who knows... perhaps it will reveal some new information about this Universe that we live in.

Looks like the schools will have to add a memo to their science books ;)

Mood Swing Test

My Results.....................

Angelea, your mood tends to swing between Calm & Exhausted.

Most of the time you feel calm. Your positive outlook on life is paired with a fairly low energy level. Although you might not realize it, your lower energy level is a positive attribute—it allows you to fully experience and appreciate your feelings of optimism. When you feel exhausted, your outlook on life tends towards the negative and is paired with an overall lack of energy, which makes it difficult for you to effect positive change.

When you experience the ups and downs of mood swings, the most important thing to remember is that you're not alone. Everyone—even the calmest individual—is liable to fly off the handle now and again.

Boy, if that ain't just the TRUTH! :P That is it..... Calm and Exhausted... go fig. What a combination :P LOL Shawn is always getting after me for being too calm in the face of things that I should be MORE upset about, and too Exhausted to keep up with all of the things that I should.

Today I am dragging ass big time! Have been up every night until about 3 am cleaning house and working on projects.... just about ready for a crash day. Maybe tonight. Feeling extremely wore out :P

But, I'll feel better come Tues. (Mondays ALWAYS SUCK!)

Homepage FINALLY COMPLETED! YAY! :D

Well, I FINALLY have gotten around to finishing my Homepage ;) Long time coming.... but it is finally done (minus a few small things...soon to be completed as well)

Debate on BSL in Madison

My latest post from the debate over at Madison.com

It took hours or searching to find the information contained within...... to me, it bears repeating.

ChicagolandTails

“It turns out that Pit Bulls are, in fact, absolutely the same as all dogs,” argues Dr. Karen Overall, a veterinary behaviorist and researcher in the psychiatry department at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine–Philadelphia, who bases her view on research she and others have conducted. What’s more, last summer, the Supreme Court of Alabama ruled there is no genetic evidence identifying Pit Bulls as inherently more dangerous than other dogs.

The truth is that Pit Bulls were indeed bred (using mostly various Bull Terrier breeds) to fight other dogs. “It’s true that some Pit Bulls are genetically hardwired to be dog-aggressive, but that has nothing whatsoever to do with being aggressive to people,”

Arkanimals

The pit bull attacks in Orange County on February 24, 2004 were tragic, but could have been prevented by enforcement of leash laws and the teaching of responsible pet ownership.

There are laws in every state and community related to pets, their care, and management. One of the more important is the leash law--a law that dictates that a dog be managed by the owner while it is out in public. Unfortunately, there are irresponsible pet owners who let their animals roam unattended on a regular basis.

Pit bull and other dog attacks frequently occur here around the nation because people let their animals run "free." It is a big problem that requires neighborhoods and local communities to push for enforcement.

Animal People News

PitBull Press

Dr. Patrice A. Whittington, aveterinarian who works with the shelter and practices in Yorktown and Armonk, said pit bulls are ''ideal patients,'' noteworthy for ''the way they never complain during procedures.'' Sara Etkin, an animal behaviorist, described them as highly intelligent and easy to train. The tragedy, Ms. Etkin and Dr. Whittington explained, is that their inherent traits have been used against them by the wrong people: their willingness to follow commands, for example, makes them subservient to cruel owners who force them to fight.

NewYork Tails

With the testimony of an animal behaviorist, Peter Borschelt, Ph. D., the judge was convinced that the statute was unconstitutionally vague, and that due to the fact that many of the "pit bull type" breeds are actually recently created breeds made by mixing of various other breeds. As such, most individual dogs could not be definitely identified as being of one breed or another, unless the dog's parents were known.

National Geographic News

Zawistowski, a certified applied animal behaviorist, says if given the choice of six breeds, he could create a dog in ten years that would make drug dealers "pee in their pants."

But he adds it's more than just genetics that determine how a dog behaves. Training and environment also play a part.

"A pit bull that has been properly socialized and trained—and kept in a home, walked on a leash, and kept in a yard with a fence—isn't necessarily dangerous," Zawistowski explained.

"Nobody has been killed by a pit bull since [the ordinance took effect] in Denver," she said.

Still, it hasn't stopped residents from owning the dogs. City officials estimate 4,500 pit bulls are being kept illegally.

Bui, vice president of the American Canine Foundation, said breed-specific legislation doesn't protect the public or stop illegal activity involving dogs and it wastes thousands of dollars of taxpayer money, which could be better spent on enforcement of animal control laws.

The San Francisco SPCA Behavior and Training Department says:

Although Pit Bull attacks on humans are headline-makers, it is difficult to tease out how much these incidents are due to the genetics of the dogs concerned and how much to the rearing practices of the irresponsible owners that are often drawn to "tough breed of the month" dogs such as Pit Bulls. And, tomake matters more complicated, the same irresponsible owners may have selectively bred strains of PitBulls that are more aggressive to people. That said, it is probably safe to say that randomly bred orfighting line Pit Bulls that are properly raised arenot at elevated risk for aggression to humans. It is also safe to say that Pit Bulls, on the whole, are at elevated risk of aggression directed at other dogs. This isnot to say that every Pit Bull will become dog aggressive. Far from it: they are simply at greater risk compared to most other breeds of dog. Scores of Pit Bulls and Pit Bull crosses are ridiculously dog-friendly or have dog-dog issues that are within the normal range seen by trainers, and are modifiable.

Marinij

Trish King, a Marin Humane Society animal behaviorist and trainer, says that aggression in dogs can be a result of poor breeding or of lax training.

The Sake of the Argument

Personal experiences and media reports are focused on individual dogs, not the breed as a whole. If you want to ban/restrict the entire breed, you need to consider the entire breed. As a canine behaviorist and researcher with a focus on pit bulls, I know quite a few facts on the breed as a whole.

Fact: 83.9% of American Pit Bull Terriers tested by the American Temperament Testing Society (atts.org) have passed. This is a higher passing rate than the Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, and Weimaraner, to name a few. If you have never been to a Temperament Test, I highly recommend it. Your jaw will drop.

Fact: Dogs of "breed unknown" account for 56% of deadly dog bites over 17 years of CDC data (1979-1996, I haven't been able to find anything more recent). Purebred "pit bull"-type dogs are at the top of the KNOWN breeds (17% of deadly bites). But these statistics vary widely from year to year. For instance, in 1995-1996, there were 3 deaths from purebred pit bulls (6%), no deaths from pit mixes, and 10 from Rottweilers. Twenty-two deaths in those two years were caused by "breed unknown". It should be noted that these numbers alone are meaningless with regards to breed temperament and aggressiveness. Take a statistics refresher course or type "dog bite statistics" into your web browser.

Fact: American Pit Bull Terriers are THE breed used for dog fighting. They are bred, trained, and abused for this purpose. No other breed is subjected to this torture. Dog fighting is ILLEGAL, but it happens anyway. In fact, it is on the rise across the nation. Children are often present.

(Question: Knowing the above fact to be true, why aren't there MORE pit bull attacks on people?)

Fact: With the exception of experienced dog handlers, canine behaviorists, and knowledgeable dog owners, the majority of the populace does not understand, and misinterprets, dog body language (i.e. aggression). Note: Dogs DO NOT just "snap"; there is always a reason.

Fact: The OWNER is ALWAYS responsible for what their dog does. A good owner does his/her homework, understands body language, socializes and trains, maintains control at all times. A good owner recognizes when there's a behavior problem and seeks professional help immediately.

Fact: Individual dogs and individual owners are at fault for the attacks we hear so much about. Therefore, it would be logical to punish individuals for their actions, not entire groups.

DoubleDogs

The bottom-line is that BSL is not a community’s answer to dog bite prevention. In addition to the reasons mentioned before, the AKC has this to say about BSL:

Breed-specific laws are not the best way to protect communities. An owner intent on using his or her dogs for malicious purposes will simply be able to switch to another type of dog and continue to jeopardize public safety. The list of regulated breeds or types could grow every year without ever addressing responsible dog ownership. Deeds, not breeds, should be addressed.

AVMA REPORT CONCLUDES BREED-SPECIFIC LAWS WON'T SOLVE DOG-BITE PROBLEM

I think the MOST important thing to remember here is THIS......

Still, it hasn't stopped residents from owning the dogs. [Denver] City officials estimate 4,500 pit bulls are being kept illegally.

If that is the case.... then WHAT HAVE THEY REALLY ACCOMPLISHED???? Aside from the destruction of family pets!

NASA - Discovery launch

NASA

Space.com

Well, just got done watching Nightline.......

Seems NASA is really in a pickle now :( Boy, they just can't seem to get a break either.

A rather LARGE chunk of foam busted off the shuttle's external tanks. Luckily it didn't end in absolute tragedy as did the Columbia..... but they are not exactly in the clear either.

There is a possibility that they may have to send another shuttle to extract the astronauts from the space station, in the event that Discovery is not safe for a return flight.

With so much money being thrown around these days.... you would think that some would be thrown NASA's way to help update the equipment and systems. Someday we are going to need this technology.... to lose it now to tragedy would be a shame. There is a chance that if Discovery doesn't make it back safely.... that it could have very long lasting effects on our space program :(

Sending blessings and prayers to the crew of Discovery..... for a safe trip to the space station... and an even safer trip back home!!!!

Gothic Cross Stitch Patterns

R&R Aviation Specialties

Well, I am currently working to help build a website for my Bro-in-law. It is very much still in the early stages... but what is NOT in the early stages is Todd's love and expertise in the field of aircrafts and aircraft restoration! :)

R&R Aviation Specialties is the business he has started to bring the lost art of vintage aircraft design, hand-crafting and restoration to the world and the people who are looking for his services.

He has incredible knowledge and pays attention to detail! If anyone here is searching for someone to work on any vintage or newer aircraft... Todd's your man!

Please drop by the site..... more stuff will be added everyday! Coming soon will be photos of previous and current projects. He will also be keeping a blog updated showing the progress of new projects!

One of his own projects is a replica Corsair made completely from scratch! It's coming along gorgeously..... and when completed.... Yours truly gets to do the nose art ;)

This image is NOT to be duplicated or used on any other plane! :)

The house has gone to the Dogs......

The newest member of the family..... adopted yesterday..... Ruby :) She is a DOLL!!!! So sweet and yet doesn't take any crap from Bridget..LOL

This is Bridget ;)

The first night was full of a lot of vocalization. But today was lots of tug-o-war, tumblin and nappin :) They even enjoy walks together :D Surprisingly it is not so hard walking the two of them..... they tend to actually walk better together :P Go fig LOL

I think the day we went to see Ruby,(it was the 3rd time I had gone to see her) that she knew it was a day she would leave the shelter. She was so excited and wouldn't let Shawn out of her sight. She went right to the car and waited for us to open the door and rode home with her head out the window for the first time in who knows how long.

Whoever had her before must have been very hard on her. This morning while I was in the shower, she asked to go out, but no one knew because she doesn't bark to go out, and so she had an accident. I came out and saw it, but NO RUBY was to be found. She had ran and hid upstairs and didn't want to come down. She finally came down after much calling but would NOT come anywhere near me, afraid of being punished. Head hanging, she finally was led over and I told her "No" and put her out. She seemed so perplexed that she did not receive an ass whuppin. Poor thing...... I can't imagine who would beat such a lovely girl......

Her and Bridget's favorite game is tug-o-war...... It is hilarious to watch.... especially since I have never actually owned dogs that WOULD play tug-o-war together. I know it is mostly a dominance game..... but they really enjoy it. Ruby will toss it around in front of her until she plays... and if and when Bridget wins, she drops it and barks until Ruby gets off the couch and plays some more..LOL

Right now the two of them are laying in front of the couch getting some much needed rest :D Ruby has added an element to the house that Bridget desperately needed..... a DOG! Now Bridget has a dog to compare to a person, and know that there is a difference. Already Ruby has had an influence on her personality and shyness as well. Bridget is sooooo interested in what Ruby is doing when she meets and greets strangers, that she becomes willing to approach and sniff. I think it's only a matter of time before she begins to lighten up and become more trusting like Ruby :) Let's cross our fingers ;)

In Rememberance of Mike

Well, today was the Memorial for Mikey. It was beautiful :D The man doing the eulogy did a wonderful job. People laughed and cried and remembered :) I had wanted to say something today, but I didn't get the chance.... so I will say it here..........

To know Mike was to love Mike.

He loved life and lived every moment to the fullest.

When he rode his bike, he RODE his bike!

When he played superheros, he WAS a superhero!

When he played cops, he WAS a cop!

When he touched your life, you never forgot!

And when he lived life, he REALLY lived life!

We will always remember Mikey. And he will always make us smile :)

In Rememberance of Michael

Well, today (Monday 11th)at around noon, our dear friends' youngest son Michael passed away in the hospital.

He had XLP, of which very little is known as it is a rare disease. A disease BEST treated with stem cells! So please, SUPPORT the study and use of stem cells.... as they could have saved Michael's life!!!

National Cord Blood Program

Stem News Cord Blood

We all knew Mikey! Everyone who has ever met him has found him charming :D He was a fun loving, energetic child who wanted to grow up to be a Cop so he could "Protect & Serve"! He had a joy for life that very few of us may ever know.... and he lived every moment to the fullest! He will be missed....forever!

Please, send a prayer and a thought to the family of Mike. A very bright light has gone out of their lives, and every bit of prayer and energy helps in a time such as this.

We hope that someday more studies will have been done, and more advances made, including stem cell treatments that will help save the lives of other children afflicted with XLP, so that others may live!

You will always be with us!!!! Love, Light & Blessings!!!!

Favorite Books from Childhood! :D

Just thought that I would share! :D

As a young child, I had a few FAVORITE books!!!! One The Voyage of Jim I was lucky enough to keep safe and with me to this very day :D I like to take it to my children's classes during reading month to share :) Another, The Monkey's Whiskers is one that I FINALLY found the actual title of and ordered off of Amazon :) And last but not least... Naughty Nancy :D That one I crazily ran across at the Dollar Tree a couple years back :)

The Voyage of Jim is about this little mouse who goes on an awesome adventure to visit his friend Eliza in the city. He stows away on a ship, gets lost in a storm and ends up on an island where he meets native jungle mice, before he is swept off by hunters, once again on his way to the city :) I just LOVE this story!!!! And the illustrations are gorgeous and fun.

The Monkey's Whiskers is a folk tale about a naughty little monkey who loses his whiskers and makes the barber give him his barber's knife when they cannot be re-attached. He then makes bad deals with other characters in the book that all result in an unwanted end for the monkey. It is a most unusual folk tale with a moral.

Naughty Nancy is about a little mouse flower girl and the trouble she gets into at the wedding! Each set of pages has a half page that flips and reveals the mishief that Nancy is getting into! I always thought this book was so much fun!!! :D

Censorship!!!! >:(

http://www.acsblog.org/bill-of-rights-1426-cracking-down-on-porn-protecting-children-or-naked-censorship.html

Ok, now, don't get me wrong folks... I'm ALL for putting a STOP to child porn..... but what the government is doing now is BS >:( It's not right to create a law that effects those that aren't even involved with the issue at hand. You have to chose your fights carefully. When this gets overturned or amended, it will only result in steps BACKWARDS on the fight against child porn. :(

The government is abusing the law and using "CENSORED BY US GOVERNMENT 18 USC 2257" as a means to harrass the adult entertainment industry. I mean, let's admit at least one thing here. The MAJORITY of people do NOT have an interest or involvment in the illegal child porn industry. I have been to sites like Rotten.com (which have been censored) and I have not seen anything there that was illegal. Adults have the right to view what they want. And unless they have actually been found to have questionable material on their sites, they shouldn't be censored by ANYONE!

UGH!!! I don't even LIKE the sex entertainment industry..... but GOD DAMNIT! You start taking away people's rights, just because you have a moral standing against their material, then what happens when those powers that be start labeling "other" things morally wrong? Folks, we have been down these roads many times before.........

There just HAS to be a better way to do this! A way that doesn't blindly target people who aren't even a part of the problem!

Hotel Rwanda

Well, we finally watched the movie Hotel Rwanda.

Find out more here

WOW! What can I say? I was shocked, moved, disturbed, amazed and sparked.

The events that took place are absolutely insane :(

The genocide, and the apathy, and the heroism and quick thinking of Paul Rusesabagina ...... it's hard to imagine that it is real.

You MUST watch this film! Do not watch it if you are feeling depressed, wait until you are best equiped to handle the images and events. And if you watch this film and feel absolutely nothing for these people.... then you should seek some kind of empathy training.

I am left with many feelings about the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.... feelings that I am having a hard time sorting out. I want to scream at the people who felt nothing, did nothing and allowed it come full circle. I am sickened that so many with the ability to help wiped their hands of it as if they did not deserve the same respect of life given to others, such as us Americans. I can't believe that the whole thing couldn't have been averted by some kind of compromise. And I am left wondering...how DOES one effectively deal with genocide without using death and violence to squash the other side? There is NO excuse for not having rescued refugees and transporting them to a safer location. The whole thing was brought about by lack of respect for life. Oppression in this world MUST end! Whether it's between countries, or between countrymen..... something HAS to give!

This sort of thing is going to become all too common in the decades to come if nothing is done now to start moving towards a better world. One of equality, mutual respect and recognized value of ALL human life.

A personal note **** I am only 28, but I feel as if I have already spent too much of my life living in the dark. I strive to raise my children to pay attention to the things that I myself never bothered myself with when I was young. Only then do I feel that they will truly feel the want to do something with their lives to help change the world for the better.

I know everything so far has been kinda lame......

Sorry folks, Believe me, I CAN and DO get riled up about current events and social issues..... but right now, I am so stressed out about current events that I just don't feel ready to post much about them. Afraid that I will just freak people out with my comments. Moments like these make people quite touchy :P

I am trying to take a break from the news at the moment..... all of it is just too overwhelming for me. I can't help but feel that corrupt powers are exploiting the events in London..... and that pisses me off >:(

So, I am going to go lie down, maybe watch a movie, and take a break from the Internet for a bit........

Straight into Gay America

A big Thanx to A day in the life of Mr. Chris for having this link up on his blog!!!! :D

I think this is a FABULOUS undertaking!!!!! And a most unique way to explore our country and the people within it!!! :D :D

Anyone who knows me, knows I am very much straight, but that I FULLY support the gay community! All of this anti-gay sentiment and hate is just downright sad and angering to me. Why must people always have to have someone to hate? :( What did they ever do to you? Or to anybody? People are people.... and everyone should have the right to love! Whatever happens between consenting adults is nobody's business but theirs!

And for those of you following current conversations on others blogs... here's a PERFECT example of why seperation of church and state is SO crucial!!!!!!!!! The ONLY reason to ban gay marriage is a religious one :( You remove religion from the law and there is nothing left to do but to accept that they have the right to marry their loved partner, just like any straight person does! I guess this is probably one of the reasons why some religous people fight tooth and nail to keep religion in politics :( So sad.

But....... on to better things! This Unicycle ride across America is KICK ASS!!!!!!! This Lars guy is obviously a fantastic person to undertake such a feat for such a purpose! Wishing him all the best! I hope that it opens some eyes and hearts :D :D

Oh, I just wanted to add this afterthought.....

The Great thing about living in a "Free" Nation is that we all have rights and responsibilities. We should all have the Right as consenting adults to love whom we love and marry accordingly. And the wonderful thing in this country is that we don't have to agree or approve of people's rights! So, you have the right to disagree with gay marriage and gay life......... but they too should have the right to be who they are! You shouldn't be allowed to BAN other human's rights based on YOUR concepts of what is religiously right and wrong. It's just not right...... and I would imagine plenty of our fore-fathers are rolling in their graves considering how some people have used the government that they set up for us. And I would imagine Jesus himself would be appalled by the Hate involved. Even if Jesus and God don't agree with homosexuality, which, I still don't believe from what I have read in the bible that it is a "truth", I can't imagine that there would be ANY hate involved. God gave man free-will after all. And if it harms no-one....... who thinks himself more powerful than God to strike out at those who only seek to be themselves? I can't help but think that those that HATE gays have internal issues that need to be addressed. :P

What's better than what?

Here's what I got ;)

The Identity Test at Tickle.com

I have to say, the results are rather correct.......

The test you've just taken is a short version of the Five Factor model of identity. Among psychology experts, this approach has become broadly accepted for its accuracy and consistency. The five dimensions in this model give a complete description of your personality traits: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Negative Emotionality. Read below to see your scores and understand what they mean.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

less curious...........................................................more curious

Openness To Experience

Your high score in the Openness category means that you probably have a strong creative streak. Your broad intellectual curiosity and your interest in the various arts set you apart. Some people may consider you somewhat of a dreamer, and your taste for variety often means moving quickly on to the next experience. This tendency makes you appear a bit flighty and inconsistent. But these elements of your personality simply reflect a character full of new ideas and charged with emotions.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

less focused ...........................................................more focused

Conscientiousness

Your medium score in the Conscientiousness category means that you have achieved a solid balance in your outlook towards responsibility. You are probably somewhat organized, with a little room for improvement. Your priorities probably reflect a mix of work and play. Thoughtfulness characterizes your thinking style, so you give gravity to important decisions without making a big deal out of minor issues. You are probably serious about achieving success, but do not feel completely driven by this motivation. All in all, you've got a very healthy perspective on work and duty.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

less extraverted ..................................................more extraverted

Extraversion

Your medium score in the Extraversion category defines your social identity. You are probably comfortable in either a crowd or by yourself, and spending time alone or with company is equally enjoyable. When among others, you tend to stand in the foreground, although you may not always wish to take the position of a leader. Instead, you seem to prefer moving between the role of leader and follower, as the situation requires. You probably keep a moderately active social life; you're generally on the lookout for excitement, but certainly don't require it. You tend to keep a fairly positive emotional outlook, and people can usually count on your for some good cheer.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

less adaptive....................................................... more adaptive

Agreeableness

The Agreeableness category refers to your social disposition. Your medium score indicates someone who balances the priorities of your own inner voice with the needs of others. You tend to be concerned with the harmony of the group, while maintaining a certain independence. Depending on the situation, you might adopt a stance that defers to the wishes of others, or else assert your own individuality. In this way, you have a great deal of tact, and believe in the situational equality of people. You probably have an approachable and kind personality. People probably admire you for your ability to speak your mind when appropriate.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

less reactive.......................................................... more reactive

Negative Emotionality

Negative Emotionality refers to your emotional reactivity. Your medium score means that you're someone who negotiates your emotions depending on your situation. Sometimes you may feel quite sensitive and emotional, while other times you may remain resilient to outside pressures. This quality of adaptation best describes your emotional character. You maintain a rational outlook, which is moderated by feelings. For example, you can sometimes feel sad, stressed, worried or embarrassed under the weight of a situation, but you are able to act quite calm and reserved, without yielding to the stress. Responsive, without being overly reactive, is the best way to describe you.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another Tickle.com test........

What's Your Fame and Fortune?

Angelea, you're likely to find fame and fortune in the Social World

You're a natural bridge to any number of situations. Whether introducing one group of friends to another, or finding a way to get through to someone others have written off, you've got an exceptional knack for really connecting with ideas, concepts, and people.

Some might be attracted to your fun-loving charisma, others might prefer your thoughtfulness, and still others might find a champion in the way you fight for the underdog. Regardless, one thing is clear, you're a people person. So put it to use!

With your skills, you're most likely to find fame and fortune in a joint pursuit with others. If you love the challenge of getting 100 people to show up for a party, maybe event planning is something you should look into. If you prefer to talk the talk and generate buzz, maybe public relations is more up your alley. But if you have your own ideas, you just might want to start an outdoor adventure school for troubled kids or an international exchange program for families. Just remember: Your options are limitless.

So get out there! The world is waiting for the next reality show host, or gossip columnist, or family therapist, or motivational speaker, or...

LMFAO!!!!! Hahahaha...so is it true folks? ;)

What's Your Destiny?
Finding Your Purpose in Life
Angelea, your destiny is to be a Protector

Whether you know it or not, this is the role that is most in tune with who you are at your core. As a Protector, you have an exceptional gift for guiding and comforting others when no one else is willing or able because you actually feel their pain as if it were your own. If you could insulate those you love from all hardship, you would consider that your greatest accomplishment. You offer caring and thoughtful advice that helps others heal and move in a positive direction, but you don't call attention to yourself, choosing rather to selflessly give to others in order to make the world a better place. This sense of duty and exceptional work ethic will get you far in life, however, it can lead to frustration when you don't get the appreciation you deserve. Remember to take care of yourself because if you feel good others will feel reassured by your steady, prudent, and methodical ways, and the world really will be a better place!
